acceptable stay with some issues

humming noise smoke smell

the air conditioning worked well enough.

The room i booked, the double room terrace, was smaller than expected. there was also a persistent humming noise throughout the night, disrupting sleep. The room was not properly soundproofed. cigarette smoke permeated the room, a clear violation of the no-smoking policy.

Good Location, Minor Issues

fresh fruit comfortable bed faint banging sound proofing

The hotel is in a great location near many attractions. I liked the fresh fruit and cookies provided upon arrival. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable..

I noticed a faint banging noise from 3 AM. Sound proofing was not great. I could hear furniture being moved on the floor above. There was a no smoking policy, but cigarette smoke entered the room.
